How to Apply

• For eyes: Using clean fingertips, blend a small amount onto eyelids before applying eyeshadow or liner
• For lips: Using clean fingertips, blend onto lips before applying lip liner, lipstick, or gloss
• Allow to set for a few seconds before layering color on top for maximum wear
